Edward McCormack II Skip learned to sail from Harry McDonough, the visionary founder and first president of Courageous. He has been involved with the Center since its inception and has been a member of the Board since 1990. Skip’s passion for the Courageous mission lies in the fact that it gives inner city youth who might not otherwise have the opportunity, the ability to enjoy and grow through sailing. Skip is a lawyer and is currently employed as an Environmental Counsel to the Central Artery Project. He has provided pro-bono legal services to Courageous over the years, has served on the Executive Committee and until recently served as the Board clerk. Currently living in Wellesley, Skip is married to Linda McCormack and has one son, David, who enjoys sailing and has sailed at Courageous the past 3 years.
