Justin M. Scott Justin is Chief Investment Officer of the Core Equities Group at Putnam. Additionally, he is a member of Putnam's Management, Executive, and Capital Markets committees. Justin joined Putnam in 1988 as Portfolio Manager in the International Equity Group and has been instrumental in developing the Core Group's investment process. He is responsible for the development and on-going management for Putnam's U.S. and non-U.S. Core Equity strategies. Justin has 18 years of investment experience. Before joining Putnam, Justin was Executive Director, Portfolio Manager for Lazard Investors Ltd., London. Justin attended Durham University, England. Justin is a competitive sailor, participating in national and international racing events. Justin and his wife are also involved in a number of children's charities.
