ALL SUMMER YOUTH SAILING CLASSES ARE FULL, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF STEP THREE AND SOME EXTENDED DAY CLASSES.
Registration Changes for 2007:
- First Change:
- Courageous will not accept faxed registration forms for summer programming. Please mail in your registration form or hand deliver it to the Charlestown Headquarters when the office is open, which is Monday to Friday 9am to 5 pm.
- Second Change:

Participants are allowed to participate in ONLY SIX - Step Two (Learn to Sail) sessions. A session in Step Two is defined as a one week class offered in either the 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon time period or the 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. time period. There are two sessions each week, an a.m. and a p.m. session.
You will have the opportunity to write in two alternative choices.
Registration Procedures:
- First:
Review the 2007 Youth Brochure.
Choose the sailing level, sessions or classes, and location you would like to participate in.
If you do not have a 2007 Youth Brochure you can obtain one by calling Courageous and we will mail it to you or by downloading it below.

Second:
Fill out the 2007 Registration Form.
The front of the Registration Form asks for student, demographic, parental, and medical information.
Also, on the front page please read and sign the medical as well as the release and indemnity agreement. Registration forms received without waivers being signed will not be processed.
Read the instructions on the back of the registration form and fill in the form as directed. If you have any questions please call Courageous.

Third:
Return Registration form to Courageous.
You may only mail or hand deliver registration forms to Courageous. No faxed or e-mailed registration forms will be accepted.
