How to Sign-Up for Youth Summer 2008!

What you will need to Register

Registering for summer courses at COURAGEOUS is simple.
Just follow these five easy steps:

Get a registration form. Registration forms will not be available until March 24, 2008! If you have not yet recieved a brochure, you can download one here of have one mailed to you by calling COURAGEOUS directly.
Choose a step or the level you would like to register for.
Check the rules and restrictions below to make sure that you are not over enrolling or choosing a site you don't want.
Fill out the form completely and make sure it's legible@ Incomplete or illegible forms cannot be considered.
Mail or Hand-Delivered to COURAGEOUS. Emailed and faxed forms will not be admitted. No exceptions.

Locations & Dates
The 2008 Courageous Summer Youth Program will be offered at 3 locations:
Charlestown (Navy Yard Campus).....July 7 - August 23
Dorchester (UMass Boston Campus).... July 7 - August 16
Jamaica Plain (Jamaica Pond Campus)...July 7 - August 16
