How to register for the 2009 summer youth program
- Get a brochure or visit our website to read course descriptions.
- Choose the Step that's right for you based on your age and experience. On the registration form, please limit your session selections to one Step. Do not sign up for sessions in different Steps.
- Number your session choices in order of preference. Four choices maximum. On the registration form, please use numbers, not check marks.
- Fill out the front side of this form completely (including waivers) and make sure it's legible! Incomplete or illegible forms cannot be considered.
- Mail this form to: Courageous Sailing Center, One First Ave., Charlestown, MA 02129. No Faxed or Emailed registration forms will be accepted. Sorry, no exceptions.
